Six teams join WESG EU Finals list

As the Swedish, French, Norwegian and Adriatic online qualifiers came to a close, six more teams have joined the list for WESG Europe & CIS Regional Finals, taking place from October 6-9 in Kiev.

The last few days saw four more qualifiers for WESG Europe & CIS Regional Finals being played out, including Sweden, France and Monaco, Norway and Adriatica.

In Sweden, big favourites GODSENT made it through without breaking a sweat, with Epsilon grabbing the other spot following a close three-map affair with fnatic Academy.


Four players of the 2015 LGB roster put together a mix-team for Norway’s qualifier

EnVyUs had little to no trouble topping the qualifier in France and Monaco, while MAXISAUCISSE (featuring LDLC‘s former player Matthieu “matHEND” Roquigny defeated dizLown for second place.

A mix consisting of former LGB players, including FaZe’s duo and Ruben “RUBINO” Villarroel, triumphed in Norway, while Nemanja “k1Ng0r” Bošković’s TEAM1231 secured first place in Adriatica.

With the six aforementioned teams joining VatosLocos and BPro, the list of attending teams looks as follows:

The Polish qualifier is currently down to the last-four stage, where Virtus.pro will face Refuse while Kinguin are set to lock horns with PRIDE.
